Simply prepare it ahead of time, wrap it in foil, and pop it in the oven when you’re ready to serve. And the best part? You can customize it with your favorite herbs. Try adding some fresh basil, rosemary, or thyme for a delicious twist on the classic recipe.

This recipe makes enough for about 10 pieces, so it’s perfect for serving a small crowd. But if you’re feeding a larger group, feel free to double the recipe. Whether you’re looking for a comforting appetizer or a quick and easy dinner, this cheesy herbed garlic bread is sure to hit the spot!

Ingredients:

  • 1 a large ciabatta loaf
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup buttersoftened
  • 4 cloves garlicminced
  • 2 green onionthinly sliced
  • 2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or basiloptional

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Slice ciabbata loaf in half lengthwise to expose the inside of the bread.
  • In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise with butter, garlic, green onion, cheddar, mozzarella cheese and pepper. Spread mayonnaise mixture over ciabatta.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Sprinkle with parsley or basil and serve immediately.
